WooCommerce store conversion optimization

Task

Existing e-store with traffic conversion and speed optimization.

Result

We optimized the e-store: we created a converting 404 page, matched the style around the site, reduced the number of checkout fields to make shopping faster, integrated photos into reviews and a mini cart.

We optimized the site speed: we integrated cookies, added caching, preloading, minified CSS & JS, changed the format of photos and reduced their size, saving over 2GB of memory and reducing loading time from 9 to 3 seconds.

We have also integrated backups to protect the site from critical situations.
